End of an era

If dinosaurs had Twitter.

Sad news yesterday about Whitney Houston passing away. Her music was a big part of my childhood, more so even for my sister who had all her tapes. And Whitney was only 48 years old. Crikey.

I need another easy day for the weekend, hence today's non-strenuous things-list.

Sunday's three things
1 -Walk for 30 minutes
2 - do laundry
3 - vacuum
UPDATE: Done x 3. Now to figure out which things to accomplish tomorrow.

I must say I was shocked to read the news of Whitney's untimely passing. How very, very sad...such a God given talent to be wasted because of drugs, a scum loser of an ex-husband and the pressures from living a life in the public eye. So sad.

Well, I'm off to hop on the bike trainer...enjoy your Sunday.

48! That just seems so young to me. I was never a fan of her music, but for anyone to die that young is just sad.

Tapes? Wow, how old is your sister...

OK, I had the actual records. Sigh...

Vacuum is non-strenuous?? How is this possible? It's stressful because you never know when a wild ravenous dust bunny driven insane by the predatory pressures will leap out from under a chair or something to savage you. The vacuum hose always attacks me, and it trip over it because it rears up just as I'm stepping over it. All this is to say nothing of the stink eye from the cat, who is being disturbed.
